Picture Insert

I have been searching a solution for this since a long time..

How to insert a picture into an cell in Excel? Seems like you can't. It floats and is not linked to any cell. However there is a cool workaround..

you can't really insert an image into a cell like how you are asking.. what you can do is insert a hyperlink to that image's location... or baring that you can insert a comment into the cell.. go to the comment's format option.. in there go to 'colors and lines'.. under 'fill' go to 'fill effects'...click on the picture tab.. select your picture.. and off you go.
